• Financial reporting and budget tracking
• KPI monitoring and dashboard management
• Governance and reporting pack preparation
• Documentation and records management
• Audit readiness and compliance activities
• Timesheet oversight and reporting accuracy
• General PMO administration across client projects and portfolios
We're looking for someone who:
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enjoys working with data, reporting, and process improvement
• Has strong Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Has experience in PMO, project coordination, administration, finance support, or a related field
