What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Damage Technician position at Special Touch Restoration?
This is a full-time position. Duties involve assisting in handling water remediation which includes setting fans, dehumidifiers, and other equipment; basic demolition of floors, sheetrock, etc.; cleaning and organizing company vehicles and buildings; assisting in moving furniture; monitoring jobs using moisture meters, etc.; writing detailed scope of work performed; and other duties assigned. Skills desired include strong work ethic, willingness to learn, the ability to lift 50 lbs. and interact with customers and fellow employees. The employer will train. Healthcare available and paid vacation after one year.
