We are currently looking to hire in home caregivers to help us spread our passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
M-F Evening in the Saint Albans area
M-F Evening in the Charleston area
Sunday 8a-8p Cross Lanes area
Sat/Sun mornings and evenings in the Charleston area
Sat/Sun mornings and evenings in the Saint Albans area

What you'll do:
- Embrace each day with enthusiasm and positivity
- Provide compassionate care
- Assist clients with daily personal care and hygiene
- Assist clients with eating and/or meal prep
- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or walks outside
- Help clients with physical therapy exercise
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
- Assist with errands, including shopping and doctors appointments
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as a caregiver - preferred or will train
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) - preferred or will train
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
