Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Suwanee, GA, for an Estimator / Project Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. Daily tasks will include reviewing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, developing strategies for cost-efficient project management, and ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Experience with Cost Management and Budgeting practices
- Proficient Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion with attention to detail
- Proficiency with estimating software or tools is a plus
- Understanding of architectural door hardware or construction materials is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
