ABA Supervisor – Hybrid (In-Home Remote)
Location: Lancaster, CA (93534) & nearby areas
Pay: $30–$35/hr (based on supervision experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Your Role:
- Supervise & mentor BTs during in-home sessions
- Oversee and implement Behavior Intervention Plans
- Conduct parent training and support skill generalization
- Analyze ABA data, complete reports, and maintain clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2 years ABA experience (in-home preferred)
- Strong ABA knowledge: DTT, NET, task analysis, behavior management
- Reside in or near Los Angeles, CA (90044)
