Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at our Newton, NC location. The Inside Sales Representative will manage day-to-day customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and facilitate order processing. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, and performing account management tasks. The role requires building strong client relationships, proactively identifying customer needs, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business goals.
