Experience & Qualifications
- Active Georgia LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health, IDD, or community‑based preferred)
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow care plans, physician orders, and agency protocols
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to person‑centered care
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
