Duties
- Deliver individualized behavioral therapy sessions based on comprehensive assessment data and treatment plans.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform ongoing treatment strategies.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies aligned with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to reduce challenging behaviors and promote adaptive skills.
- Collaborate with supervisors, educators, and families to ensure consistency across settings and maximize client outcomes.
- Conduct intake assessments and assist in developing personalized treatment goals tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, diagnostic evaluation, medical terminology, and patient care best practices.
Skills
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to guide interventions.
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to perform patient assessments and contribute to diagnostic evaluations within a behavioral health context.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour
