This is a full-time, on-site role for an Adapted PE (Physical Education) Teacher located in Las Vegas, NV. The Adapted PE Teacher will design and deliver specialized physical education curricula tailored to students with diverse abilities, while promoting physical health and inclusion. Key responsibilities include assessing individual needs, adapting sports and physical activities, developing personalized fitness plans, and collaborating with educators and families to ensure student success. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and fostering a supportive and engaging classroom environment that meets the physical and developmental needs of students.

• Proficient in Physical Education and Sports Coaching with a focus on adapted physical activities
• Skilled in Curriculum Development and creating custom programs for diverse student needs
• Experience in Education and Teaching, with knowledge of effective instructional strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families, students, and staff
• Ability to assess and address various physical and developmental abilities
• Knowledge of special education policies and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Adaptive Physical Education, or a related field (required)
• State certification in Adapted Physical Education or equivalent licensure (preferred)
