Position/Title: Administrative Assistant-Sector Programs
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain confidential information; exceptional organizational skills; and accurate record keeping skills.
Direct Supervisor: Program Supervisors
Overview: Full-time, 12 month position, start date of 07/01/2026
Performance Responsibilities:
- Responsible for online attendance system for sector staff. Obtaining substitutes, entering data, run reports and relocate staff as needed.
- Process sector employee mileage, timesheets including verification of absences, supervisor approval, and work hours. Complete sector placement assignments, transfer requests and employment status.
- Create and maintain required documents such as beginning of the year dates and time charts, student attendance records, class lists, housing lists, and IEP due dates.
- Process student information forms (SIF) to reflect student needs and services.
- Create teacher work folders; generate Age of Majority letters, and suspension letters
- Develop, assemble, and process annual paperwork for supervisors, parents, teachers and member district coordinators. Coordinate transportation services for Sector classrooms such as mobility and field trips.
- Assist Sector Supervisors with planning ESY services.
Salary range: $18.56 - $23.76 dependent on experience
