Salary Range: $60,000-$110,000 annually
Summary: Responsible for supervising and planning customer jobs to install and integrate health care communication systems. Utilizes company policy, procedure, and processes to meet customer requirements. Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects utilizing all resources for the highest levels of productivity and efficiency. Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitors task completion status to Identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans. Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary. Coordinates job specific communications between Special Care Systems and the customer during all phases of the project. Meets all administrative requirements including but not limited to recording job detail and hours by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre-installation planning
- Understand customer expectations and scope of work sold.
- Create a detailed plan which identifies resources and sequences activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Determine the team and insure there is an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.
- Make the necessary recommendations and or revisions to insure highest level of efficiency and productivity.
- Implement Installation
- Execute the project according to the project plan.
- Complete forms and records to document project activities.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot and make adjustments necessary to ensure successful completion of project.
- Establish a communication protocol to update stakeholders including the appropriate client staff on the progress of the project.
- Coordinate and implement change orders into the plan.
- Review the quality of the work complete with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets our standards.
- Monitor and track all inventory for job site.
- Post-installation
- Reviewing and finalizing all internal documentation.
- Conducting a final walk through with customer to confirm deliverables.
- Prepare a customer sign-off letter to document issues of note and recommendations.
- Coordinate a Job review with required SCS staff to document value and areas for SCS to improve.
- Determine that customer’s environment can exist with our system and performance requirements.
