Job Description:
- Must have experience in Medical office.
- Good Communication skill with patients, doctors, staff, insurance companies, etc.
- Electronic medical record entries, Filing of medical charts, faxing medical records
- Must know about Patient Scheduling
- Must know how to take authorization for any procedure from Insurance companies
- Must know to communicate with hospital.
- Must know how to do scheduling any procedure with hospital.
- Assist in all areas of office as needed
Qualified individuals must have following skills:
- Computer skills, Strong organizational and Teamwork skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Warm personality with communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
