What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Pricing Coordinator position at SpecCeramics, Inc.?
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update factory, administrative, and customer-specific price lists.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all pricing databases.
- Provide timely and accurate pricing support to our Inside Sales and Sales teams.
- Assist with item codes, discrepancy resolution, and special pricing requests.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in pricing systems and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheets with experience working with formulas and macros.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a pricing, sales support, or data coordination role is a plus
- General IT knowledge is a plus!
