Summary of Functions
Plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors products through the complete production cycle. Provides timely planning and scheduling of work orders to the manufacturing floor to meet internal financial goals and customer delivery dates. The Manufacturing Planner is responsible for predicting, planning, and scheduling work while considering manpower, material availability, and other constraints.
Responsibilities
- Review production plans to identify risks and communicate them to the Production Manager.
- Plan and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
- Analyze customer orders and establish production schedules for timely delivery.
- Investigate production control issues, analyze root causes, and develop solutions.
- Monitor the execution of production orders and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle MRO purchasing.
- Develop positive relationships with the Spec Tool team and customers to meet productivity goals.
- Analyze current and backlog job orders and develop production plans and schedules accordingly.
- Work with Materials, Manufacturing, and Purchasing departments to identify and resolve production planning issues.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to help resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Verify calibration of gauge equipment prior to use.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products.
- Demonstrate LMA: Lead, Manage, and hold others Accountable.
- Complete training in: .3 Quality Policy & Objectives, .1 Amendment Record, .2 Circulation List, .4 Organization Chart, .5 Introduction, Section 4–Section 10, STP07-01 through STP27-01, Appendix A & B.

Education and experience
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- 5 years of production planning experience in related industry or equivalent.
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience and or degree

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
