Van Driver – Autism Center (Part-Time)
Location: Toledo, Ohio
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Split shift (early morning & afternoon), Monday–Friday

About Us
Spec Results/The Little Puzzle is an autism therapy and support center dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and families. We’re looking for a reliable and caring Van Driver to help ensure our clients get to and from the center safely each day.
Job Summary
The Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting clients with autism and developmental needs between their homes and the center. This role includes maintaining accurate transportation logs, keeping the vehicle clean and safe, and coordinating van maintenance appointments.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company van to transport clients on assigned routes
- Assist clients entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
- Maintain daily transportation and mileage logs
- Take the van for scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and in good condition
- Communicate promptly with supervisors about delays, incidents, or maintenance needs
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist passengers as needed
- CPR/First Aid Certified
