What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Customer Service Clerk position at Spears Manufacturing Company?
This position will assist all Spears customers and other departments in a professional manner with the primary focus on excellent customer service.
1. Field customer inquiries and assist them to the best of your ability
2. Data entry duties as assigned and to include enter customer orders, change orders, new customer information, return authorizations etc into the computer
3. Support the sales and warehouse departments with the emphasis on teamwork
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
