QC Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes.. The Quality Control Technician will work closely with manufacturing teams to maintain quality assurance throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality visually and through data collection methods.
• Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends or areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits in accordance with established quality systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Calypso software for measurement analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
