We're looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as an Applicator. Applicators are responsible for insect control and vegetation management, and they typically work outdoors. Applicators are capable of using a variety of tools to accomplish their goals, so we're looking for an individual who is self-motivated, energetic and detail oriented. Applicators must also be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Obtain Applicators License/Certificate
- Be work driven with Prior Experience as a lawn applicator
- Knowledge of core pesticide/chemical use and safety
- Knowledge of spray unit
Responsibilities:
- Ability to Operate, keep track of, and maintain equipment used for lawn applications
- Ability to maintain and monitor fluid levels and ensure the sprayer is in proper working condition before use
- Ability to monitor, diagnose and repost any issues or concerns with the customers lawn
- Ability to correct customer problems through service calls
- Time management skills are a must
- Be able to follow directions predefined by the field manager.
- Be able to follow safety protocols and best practices for applications
- Excellent attention to detail and be committed to quality
- Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime hours as needed to accomplish goals and objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
