Position Overview
The Director of Strategic Development is responsible for driving the company’s long-term growth through strategic initiatives, partnerships, market expansion, and corporate development activities.
This role identifies and executes opportunities that enhance the company’s competitive positioning and business value.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives
Support the development and execution of corporate growth strategies.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams.
Translate strategy into actionable development plans.
2. Partnerships & Alliances
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, institutions, and ecosystem players.
Structure win-win collaboration models.
3. Corporate Development (M&A / Investments)
Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis.
Support deal structuring and execution.
4. Market Expansion
Lead initiatives for entering new markets or regions.
Assess regulatory environments and competitive landscapes.
Develop go-to-market strategies.
5. Competitive & Market Intelligence
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights to executive leadership for decision-making.
Support strategic positioning and differentiation.
6. Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with product, finance, legal, and operations teams.
Ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Drive accountability across teams.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
15 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or business development.
Strong experience in partnerships, deal-making, or growth strategy.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience in fintech, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startups.
Strong network in relevant industries (finance, crypto, tech).
