Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and responsible Seasonal Delivery Drivers to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering packages efficiently and safely to customers’ doorsteps. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your driving skills, gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, and enjoy the satisfaction of providing exceptional customer service.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $23.50/hr (paid weekly )
• 10-hour shifts are typical, Fixed schedules with consistent days each week
• 3 or 4-day work week including atleast one weekend day
• Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses

Duties

• Safely operate and maneuver a full-size cargo van.
• Deliver packages accurately and on time.
• Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information.
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day.
• Walk and climb stairs during your shift.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Follow all company safety and delivery procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable driving and maneuvering a full-size cargo van, including residential streets, parking lots, and tight spaces.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a Drug Screening
• Reliable transportation to the Cicero location and dependable attendance.
• Able to receive work-related communications regarding scheduling and employment matters.
