Spears Delivery Service LLC is a delivery service partner. Our Delivery Associates are employed by Spears Delivery Serviceand deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the day to complete route within a 10 hour shift.

What to Expect-

• Package delivery is a physically demanding position. Drivers must be prepared to maintain a safe and steady working pace throughout the day to complete the route within a 10 hour shift.

This position requires employees to:

• Frequently enter and exit a delivery van
• Walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift packages throughout the shift
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other changing weather conditions
• Work inside the confined cargo area of a delivery van
• Drive for extended periods in different traffic conditions
• Work independently while meeting safety, quality, and delivery expectations
• The work can be challenging, but it also provides a sense of accomplishment and pride by delivering an essential service to the community. Safety will always remain our top priority.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities-

• Safely operate a non-DOT-regulated company delivery van
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Load and unload packages from the delivery van
• Deliver packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Follow assigned routes and customer-delivery instructions
• Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information
• Interact with customers and the public professionally
• Follow all company safety/policy procedures
• Maintain reliable attendance
• Report to every scheduled shift on time and prepared to work
• Keep the delivery van clean
• Report all safety, damage, and maintenance concerns immediately
• Work approximately four days per week, including at least one weekend day

Delivery Driver Requirements:-

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• No CDL required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to frequently enter and exit a delivery van
• Must be able to walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable driving for extended periods
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day—Saturday or Sunday
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
• Must be able to use a smartphone and handheld delivery device

Weekly Pay
Hourly Pay: $23.75–$24.75 per hour
Weekly Incentives: Eligible drivers may earn weekly incentives based on established attendance, safety, quality, performance, scorecard and route requirements
Weekly Pay: Employees are paid through direct deposit
Paid Training: All required training is paid
The bonus and weekly incentives are subject to eligibility requirements, attendance and performance standards, payout schedules, and continued employment in good standing. Complete program terms will be provided during the hiring and onboarding process.
Schedule

• Shifts begin at 10:00 AM
• Approximately 10–11 hours per shift, including breaks
• Full-time employees generally work four days per week
• Open availability is required during Peak Season
• Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled
• At least one weekend day—Saturday or Sunday—is required
• Workdays may change based on route volume and operational needs
• Shifts are available seven days per week
