Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations, including check in and check out procedures, housekeeping, and laundry.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective supervision, training, and development initiatives.
- Oversee customer service standards to ensure an exceptional stay for all visitors.
- Coordinate scheduling, shift management, and task delegation to ensure full coverage.
- Provide shift coverage as needed.
- Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring compliance with cash handling policies.
- Foster a positive team environment by promoting communication skills, leadership development, and employee orientation.
Experience
- Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience within hospitality or customer service environments is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively with excellent leadership skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures.
- Skilled in negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
