Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Day Camp professionals as well as a director to join our team. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for kschool age kids. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering the development of children ages 7-12 through engaging activities and effective classroom management. A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the growth of each child is essential.
Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a supportive team atmosphere.
Skills
- Experience in school age classroom management is a must.
