Front Desk Representative
Job Description:
We are looking to add a reliable Front Desk Representative to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge and ensure that each guest has a positive experience with us!
Responsibilities:
· Providing the best customer service possible! You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one
· Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant
· Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner
· Making lodging and rental reservations
· Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work setting
· Must be reliable, organized, and detail orientated
· Strong communication and listening skills
· Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests
· Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals
· Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms
· Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
· Bartend at our Roughlock Lounge, as needed.
Salary:
· $16 - $19 DOE
· Bartending Tips
** Employees will be receive a sign on bonus of up to $500 following 6 months of continuous employment!**
Job Type:
· Full-time and part-time options available
Schedule:
· 3pm – 11pm
· Weekends required
· Holidays required
