We are looking for a reliable and versatile Assistant Food & Beverage professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in bartending and serving who is also eager to learn and support back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service in both bar and floor settings
- Assist with daily front-of-house operations and guest experience
- Step in to support back-of-house tasks as needed (training provided)
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Answer FOH-related questions and support team members during service
- Assist with planning and executing events
- Help maintain smooth operations in the absence of management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in bartending and serving
- Willingness to learn back-of-house responsibilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends
- Ability to be on-call when needed, including covering shifts if management is out of town
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
