As a Speare Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you’ll manage your own panel of patients while collaborating closely with physicians and a dedicated care team. What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patient history, perform physical exams, and order and interpret labs and imaging to guide accurate diagnoses and treatments
• Perform minor procedures for injury repair, disease prevention, and functional restoration, as granted through clinical privileges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver care in both outpatient and hospital settings, within the Family Medicine scope of practice
• Consult with physicians and surgeons; recognize and respond to urgent conditions – initiating emergency care independently when needed
• Counsel and educate patients on their physical and mental health, ensuring they leave informed and empowered at every visit
• Actively contribute to quality improvement programs, helping the practice continuously raise the bar for patient experience
• Maintain thorough, accurate medical records; complete daily documentation and charges; and uphold strict confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For:

Nurse Practitioner

• Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• NH Board of Nursing licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner

Physician Assistant:

• Bachelor of Science degree and graduation from an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program
• NH Board of Medicine licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant

Both:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (3-5 years in a Primary Care setting preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent patient-facing communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records and standard clinical software
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and independent decision-making skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and excellent patient experience.
