Required
- 12 15 years in enterprise data architecture and cloud analytics.
- Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and large-scale data systems.
- Advanced hands-on experience with ADF, Azure SQL, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2.
- Strong SQL Server background with performance tuning expertise.
- Experience with DB2/iSeries data structures and migration.
- Familiarity with Cosmos DB/NoSQL and Databricks/PySpark.
Preferred
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
- Azure Entra ID and least privilege security architecture.

Seeking an experienced Data Architect (12 15 years) to lead enterprise data architecture, cloud modernization, post-merger data integration, and Microsoft Fabric/Azure data platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise data platforms across On-Prem, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Design scalable Lakehouse solutions using Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture.
- Lead post-acquisition data integration, platform consolidation, and MDM initiatives.
- Define governance, security, data quality, lineage, and compliance standards.
- Oversee Power BI, Fabric, SQL Server, and DB2 environments.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and cloud modernization strategies.
- Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, BI, and DBA teams.
Required Experience
- 12 15 years in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Enterprise Architecture, and Large-Scale Data Platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, SQL Server, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with ERP/CRM integrations, MDM, governance, and enterprise analytics.
