Part-Time Occupational Therapist

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is excited to welcome motivated occupational (OT) and physical therapists (PT) who are passionate about pursuing a career in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. This role is ideal for therapists who have developed a solid foundation in hand therapy during their clinical education and are eager to build on that experience with mentorship, advanced training, and hands-on practice.Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for your patients’ clinical progress while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises.
