We’re hiring a proven high-ticket sales closer to join a winning team in a fast-moving, under-served niche. If you’re a closer who thrives on hot inbound leads, high-performing clients, and real ownership, keep reading.

This is a unique, athlete-first market with very little competition and high-achieving prospects who already understand discipline, investment, and results.

We now have a consistent flow of hot, qualified appointments and are looking for a closer who can step in immediately and start converting.

• Close inbound, pre-qualified strategy calls
• Lead high-trust, values-based sales conversations
• Help prospects make strong, aligned decisions
• Maintain high conversion standards
• Actively improve scripts, objections, and close rate
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize the sales process

This is commission-only with strong upside.

You must:

• Have a PROVEN 40% close rate in high-ticket sales - you're a pro!
• Have at least 2 years of high-ticket closing experience
• Be able to start immediately
• Thrive in a performance-based environment
• Take full ownership of your results
• Be highly coachable and committed to constant improvement - You're a team player!
• Genuinely care about clients and their outcomes — not just the sale
• Speak clear, fluent, professional English (excellent communication is required)
• TRACK YOUR RESULTS. Knowing the stats and reviewing game footage is how we win. No tracking = no role. Period.rack your success!  We win by tracking. Calls, notes, outcomes, and follow-ups must be logged in the tracking system.  No tracking = no job. Period.
