We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload as the practice continues to expand.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP
- Utilize engaging, play-based therapy techniques to motivate and support children
- Document treatment sessions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and caregivers to support each child's progress
- Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate approach with clients and families

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous pediatric experience in a clinic, school, or private practice setting
- Experience with play-based or naturalistic intervention approaches
- Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship and continuing education
