Compensation
Pay Structure:
- $20/hour base pay
- Plus commissions (guaranteed at $6/hour for your first 2 months)
- You’ll always earn the higher of the two: your commissions or $26/hour
- Biweekly commission checks
- Biweekly commission bonuses

Requirements
- Must be able to work across multiple locations — club assignments may vary based on operational needs
- A confident communicator with great people skills
- Reliable, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable in a high-energy, results-focused environment
- Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required — we train the right attitude!)
