Competitive Compensation

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage members and guests with energy and professionalism
- Manage front desk operations — check-ins, phone calls, and member inquiries
- Drive membership sales through outreach, tours, and follow-ups
- Support members with billing or account needs
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven, and motivating atmosphere
- Represent Speakeasy Fitness with enthusiasm and confidence
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Previous front desk or sales experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
- Flexibility to work across multiple club locations as needed
- Open schedule to work weekends, as this is a full-time position
