Job Requirements
Eligibility
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation methods.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Background in customer service and retail sales
- Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required
Other Willingness Requirements
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
- Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help customers and accomplish
work
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
- Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently
Job Assets (Experience)
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher
- 3 years of work experience in a store leadership/management role
- Cannabis retail management experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer software, and a quick understanding
of the State tracking system

- Develop and oversee risk management strategies, including security protocols and
emergency procedures
Inventory Management & Control
- Implement and maintain a seed-to-sale tracking system, ensuring accurate
documentation of all cannabis products
- Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciling physical counts with system records to
maintain inventory integrity
- Oversee proper storage and handling of cannabis products to maintain quality and
prevent diversion
- Manage product lifecycle, including monitoring expiration dates and implementing
rotation strategies
- Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing product availability with cash
flow management
- Strategically plan and manage inventory levels to support promotional activities and
seasonal demand fluctuations
- Create and manage vendor partnerships to support the promotional calendar and aged
