Speak Up Speech Therapy is a small, woman-owned private practice founded and led by an experienced multicultural and trilingual Speech-Language Pathologist. We are looking for a passionate part-time SLPA who is committed to providing high-quality, individualized therapy while building meaningful relationships with children and their families.
This position is ideal for an SLPA who enjoys working independently while receiving ongoing support, collaboration, supervision, and mentorship when needed.
Position Details
- Part-time: 2–3 days per week
- Setting: Primarily in-home services, with a few clients seen at an ABA center/daycare
- Service Areas: Murrieta, Temecula, French Valley, Winchester, and Menifee
- A schedule is already established; however, we value flexibility and provide our clinicians with the autonomy to coordinate schedules with families when appropriate.

Qualifications
- Active California SLPA License (Required)
- 5 years of pediatric SLPA experience preferred
- Experience providing Early Intervention services is required
- Experience with AAC and school-aged children preferred
- Professional, dependable, flexible, and compassionate
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Must reside in California
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Bilingual candidates may be eligible for a higher rate.
