Speak Up Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice in Clackamas, Oregon, and we are looking for another Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Bilingual Spanish/English SLPs are especially encouraged to apply. About Speak Up Speech Therapy

Speak Up Speech Therapy is an established pediatric private practice located in Clackamas, conveniently located just off I-205.

Our clinic serves children and adolescents with a wide range of communication and feeding needs, including:

• Speech sound and phonological disorders
• Expressive and receptive language delays
• Late language emergence
• Autism and social communication differences
• AAC and complex communication needs
• Fluency disorders
• Literacy and language-based learning difficulties
• Feeding and oral-motor needs

Family involvement is an important part of our practice. We don't just work with the child—we help parents and caregivers understand how to support communication and carry skills into everyday life.

We also value collaboration. You'll have colleagues available when you want to brainstorm a challenging case, share resources, or get another clinical perspective, while still having the independence to manage your own caseload.

Bilingual Clinicians

Spanish/English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

We value the ability to provide culturally and linguistically responsive services to bilingual children and families. If you have experience evaluating or treating bilingual children, we would especially love to hear from you.

Spanish proficiency is preferred but is not required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech, language, communication, and/or feeding therapy based on your areas of competency.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Communicate with physicians, educators, therapists, and other professionals as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Oregon licensure requirements and ASHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Two or more years of experience preferred, although strong candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued and preferred.
