Speak Speech Therapy is growing, and we are looking for the right fit to join our therapist-owned and operated practice. We are currently hiring for the following roles:
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Clinical Fellow – SLP (CF-SLP)
• SLP (CCC-SLP required)

Positions & Salary Ranges (Annual)
• SLPA: $75,000 – $92,500
• CF-SLP: $85,000 – $95,000
• SLP (CCC-SLP): $90,000 – $110,000

Work Schedule
• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
All teammates work hybrid schedules. Scheduling is fully handled for you.

• Two (2) full paid sick days
• Two (2) paid weeks off, accruing after successful completion of your first 90 days
• $250 monthly healthcare stipend (health insurance to be offered company-wide beginning June 2026)
• After 90 days:
• Two (2) pairs of branded FIGS scrubs
• Your own company-issued iPad equipped with communication-specific apps and AAC software
• Digital documentation via our EHR system (Kantime)
• Face-to-face, real-time supervision for SLPAs
• A cancellation policy designed to support clinician stability and income consistency

Clinical Setting
• Services provided in selected ABA centers only, with behavioral support present in every session
• Teammates typically provide services at an ABA center in the morning and finish afternoons at our Tomball clinic:
