Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) based in San Diego, CA. The CF-SLP will provide direct therapy services to pediatrics with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The CF-SLP will also monitor and document client progress, communicate regularly with families and caregivers, and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience and joy working with children of all ages (0-5 yrs, and k-8th)
- Willingness to learn and grow in clinical skills
- Ability to assess and treat a variety of Communication and Language Disorders
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for CF-SLP certification and state licensure in California (RPE)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their communication goals
