Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Westchester, NY. The Administrative Assistant will support daily administrative operations, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and clerical tasks. They will assist executive leadership with organizational needs, maintain office efficiency, and support various internal and external coordination efforts. The position will be mostly remote except for assisting at in-person events in the Westchester area.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and community partners
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations or experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is a plus
