Our North American market represents significant strategic growth for SPEA. We are looking for a Local Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the Semiconductor and MEMS testing business landscape to drive sales and expand our presence across the region.
🔧 What You Will Do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of Customers, maintaining long-term partnerships post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and penetrate new opportunities within the assigned territory
- Manage a complex pipeline using a "Value-Based" selling approach
- Create, consolidate, and nurture relationships across different levels in the industry
- Work closely with the Local Sales Team and the Headquarters in Italy to ensure a unified market approach and align on global strategy
- Collaborate with Application Engineers and the Design group to customize solutions for specific client workflows
- Manage the full process, from the initial inquiry and tailor-made solution design to final delivery
- Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the post-sales phase
💡 Who We Are Looking For
- You have a solid background in Capital Equipment (specifically electronics and mechanical components) and understand the Semiconductor and MEMS business landscape
- You possess a flexible approach that allows you to collaborate effectively with engineering and technical teams
- You are a self-starter who takes full ownership and responsibility for driving projects to successful completion
- You are willing and available to travel for customer meetings and trade shows within the USA Travelling overseas might be required sporadically
