Job Summary:
SPC for Supply Chain LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of supply chain activities. The successful candidate will monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply and demand requirements, track shipments, and work with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily supply chain planning and logistics activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.
- Assist with demand and supply forecasting and planning.
- Coordinate purchase orders, replenishment schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and communicate schedule changes.
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers.
- Maintain accurate planning, inventory, and shipment records.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify delays, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help optimize inventory levels, transportation schedules, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on supply availability, orders, and logistics performance.
- Resolve routine supply chain discrepancies and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Ensure planning activities comply with company procedures and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, inventory, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: $25.40 - $30.60 per hour
