What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Spay Now Animal Surgery Clinic?
We are looking for a full-time Client Care Representative to join our team! Spay Now Surgery Clinic has been offering low cost, high quality surgical services to the community since 2008. Our clinic is seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual who works well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Receiving telephone calls
- Checking voicemails
- Relaying necessary and accurate patient information
- Restraining animals during surgical intake and technician appointments
- Collecting payments
- Assist in cleanliness of the clinic
- Reliable Transportation
- Can do basic arithmetic, adding and subtracting
- Appropriate phone etiquette
***This position can be physically demanding requiring applicants to lift up to 50lbs ***
Wage and Benefits:
- Wage will be based off experience. Starting pay will range from $17.00-$19.00 per hour

- No weekends!!
- 8am-4pm days
