We’re now hiring Guest Advisors to join our front desk and guest services team — the heart and face of our spa.

Position Summary

As a Guest Advisor/Spa Coordinator, you’ll ensure every guest feels relaxed, cared for, and welcomed from the moment they arrive. You’ll manage guest check-in and checkout, schedule appointments, recommend services and products, and help maintain a calm, polished atmosphere throughout the spa.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, retail, or hospitality experience who loves people, organization, and wellness.

Responsibilities

· Open/Close spa depending on shift

· Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism

· Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and software

· Check guests in/out and handle payments accurately

· Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation

· Educate guests on services, memberships, and retail products

· Support team operations and help ensure a seamless guest experience

· Participate in membership and retail sales (commission eligible)

· Uphold Spavia’s service standards and culture of respect, teamwork, and care

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2 year of customer service, spa, salon, or hospitality experience preferred

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor

· Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented

· Able to work evenings and at least one weekend day per week. Schedules are fixed.

· Drug/alcohol/tobacco-free workplace

Schedules are set and remain consistent
