As the Executive Director for professional clinical services in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, you will champion a pursuit of clinical excellence across all outpatient and ambulatory units. This role ensures every patient experience transformative care that reflects our enterprise’s highest values and strategic ambitions. This role will continuously improve standards to elevate rehabilitative outcomes and patient/clinician engagement.

- Establish, implement, refine and advance policies, guidelines, and procedures that pave the way for clinical and operational excellence.
- Lead with integrity, producing transparent reports for regulatory agencies, and fostering a culture of accountability and compliance.
- Build impactful relationships across hospitals, the enterprise, and our community, ensuring rehabilitation services are present, inclusive and deeply connected to those we serve. Represent our vision and values on key committees, strengthening our collective impact.
