We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with manufacturing experience to support our day-to-day accounting and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in tracking materials, supporting job costing, and maintaining accurate financial records tied to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities including AP/AR and general ledger entries
- Track inventory transactions, material usage, and cost of goods
- Assist with job costing and production cost tracking
- Reconcile inventory and financial discrepancies
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
- Work closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure accurate data
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions
Qualifications:
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
