Job Title: Patient Service Representative/Chiropractic Assistant
As a Patient Service Representative/Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for our patients as you assist them with their healthcare journey. You’ll manage administrative tasks while supporting our Chiropractors and patients, making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
What you’ll do
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the chiropractor to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
- Maintain the efficiency of the Chiropractor's schedule
- Apply Therapies specific to each patient’s treatment plan
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a chiropractic or medical office setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 34 per week
