Spaulding Academy & Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in this full-time, on-site role located in Tilton, NH. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and offer training and support for staff, families, and caregivers. This role requires regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress, adjust intervention strategies, and ensure the success of children in therapeutic, educational, and residential settings. The BCBA will support the organization’s mission of promoting skill-building and creating meaningful, lasting progress for the individuals served.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and compliance with licensure requirements in the state of New Hampshire
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments, analyzing data, and creating individualized treatment plans
- Experience in educational, therapeutic, or residential settings, as well as working with children and youth with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, caregivers, and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, positive behavior interventions, and evidence-based practices
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or trauma-informed practices is highly desirable
