The Contract Manager will be responsible for the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-award to closeout. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and closeout.
- Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters with government customers and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Maintain all contract files and records.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. May substitute four (4) years of equivalent professional experience in place of a degree.
- 7 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on federal government contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other government procurement regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or other professional certification.
- Experience with a variety of contract types, including FFP, T&M, and IDIQ.
- To meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be US Citizen.
