Role Description The Style Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in St Albans, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Spartina 449’s coastal-inspired brand. Day-to-day, this role includes greeting and advising customers, curating looks and product pairings, and providing styling recommendations tailored to individual preferences and occasions. The Style Expert will maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure the sales floor is well-presented, and support inventory management, including stocking, tagging, and organizing products. This role also involves processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to in-store events and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales. Collaboration with store leadership and team members is essential to meet sales goals and uphold Spartina 449’s service standards.
