2nd shift Inline Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø Follow instruction from the Inline Supervisor.

Ø Alert Supervisor of any problems or questions regarding production.

Ø Know and understand quality control standards and the inspection process.

Ø Monitor tooling, remove, replace and clean as necessary.

Ø Responsible to meet daily production schedules.

Ø Track and report output, scrap, and other items as required.

Ø Perform daily maintenance as required by Standard Operating Procedures.

Ø Help fix and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns as needed.

Ø Operation of all necessary production equipment and machinery, including, but not limited to any reasonable lifting/moving of materials.

Ø Keep the area clean and organized.

Ø Perform essential duties efficiently and accurately.

Ø Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Ø Work overtime as needed.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Qualifications:

Ø Basic understanding and use of Excel spreadsheets.

Ø Must be able to perform basic math.

Ø Must be able to read and understand instructions.

Ø Must be able to make decisions.

Ø Must be able to retain information.

Ø Work independently of continual supervision.

Ø Must be able to use and read precision measuring devices.

Ø Must have the ability to understand and monitor electronic control systems including robots.

Environmental/Working Conditions:

Ø Factory environment.

Ø Subject to noise, fumes and oily, dusty, hot, and wet conditions.

Ø Will be exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Physical Functions:

Ø Lift/carry: 50 pounds waist level

Ø Push/pull: 30 pounds

Postural Tolerances:

Ø Stand, walk, reach: frequently

Ø Bend, stoop, squat: occasionally

Pay: $16.94 - $17.49 per hour
