- Must meet all South Carolina Department of Education certification and background requirements.
Job Description:
- The CTE Diesel Engine Technology Instructor provides standards-aligned classroom and hands-on instruction for grades 9-12 in diesel engine systems, diagnostics, maintenance, and shop safety preparing students for industry-recognized credentials and career readiness in accordance with South Carolina Department of Education requirements.
- The instructor maintains a safe, industry-standard lab environment, assesses and supports student learning, integrates academic and technical skills, and collaborates with industry partners, families, and school leadership to support work-based learning and student success.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 190 Days
